Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Work with the manager toPlan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, statistics, and expenses to promote profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per manuals and policies.
• Perform general administrative duties and support Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote store services and merchandise.
