Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager located in Newington, CT. The Retail Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities also include inventory management, merchandising, and training team members to deliver excellent customer service. The Retail Manager will work to achieve store sales targets and improve overall store performance.
