Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Retail Manager in Flagstaff, AZ to lead store operations, merchandising, inventory and sales while developing a high-performing team. You will model hospitality, drive guest satisfaction, and balance hands-on attention with strategic vision.

Responsibilities include leading a warm style, keeping the store running smoothly, and meeting company standards for customer experience and productivity. Prior retail management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Has 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Can work a 45-hour week (five 9-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed.
• Has a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
