Job summary

Menards is seeking individuals to join a paid Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for a world of Menards Management.

As you progress through the program, your General Management team and Store staff will work with you to build understanding of our business and help you take on a management role in the near future, with extensive advancement opportunities and a promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the paid Manager Trainee program to develop general management skills.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn store operations and leadership.
