Menards Inc. is recruiting for a Manager Trainee position in Indianapolis. This paid, full-time program is designed to develop and prepare you for future management roles within Menards’ extensive store network.

As you progress, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to deepen your understanding of the business and prepare for a leadership position in the near future.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to develop management skills.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to gain business understanding.
• Progress to a management role after program completion.
