Menards is looking for a motivated individual to join its Retail Management stream as a Manager Trainee in Wisconsin. This paid, full-time training program is designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management.

As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will help you gain a strong understanding of our business and position you to take on a management role in the near future.
