Menards is hiring a Management Internship with immediate part-time openings. The paid program runs 12 weeks and trains you to take on future management responsibilities within our retail stores.

During the internship, you will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience in operations, merchandising, and guest service.
