Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year program.
- Pursuing a degree in business, management, hospitality, or related field.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screens.
Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on training across store, fuel, food, and truck care operations.
- Develop business acumen by learning sales, costs, and profitability.
- Learn team leadership, staffing, and employee development practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and standards.
- Understand and enforce safety, compliance, and company policies.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with interns and leaders.
