Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year program pursuing a degree in business/management or related field.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; other screenings may include motor vehicle check or DOT Physical.
Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on training across store, fuel, food, and truck care operations.
- Learn to drive sales, manage costs, and support profitability.
- Develop team leadership, staffing, and employee development practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and operational standards.
- Understand and help enforce safety, compliance, and company policies.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with interns and leaders.
