Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year program related to business, management, hospitality, or similar field.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; DOT etc. may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across store, fuel, food, and truck care operations.
• Develop business sense by learning how to drive sales and manage costs for profitability.
• Learn team leadership, staffing and employee development practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management and operational standards.
• Understand and help enforce safety, compliance and company policies.
• Collaborate on cross-functional project with interns and leaders across departments.
