Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Maintenance and Housekeeping Associate to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting, supporting an optimal customer experience and smooth daily operations.

This hourly role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will perform cleaning tasks, stock supplies, assist customers, and uphold safety standards across all store areas.

Qualifications

• Dedication to customer service and achieving store objectives.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in achieving store goals and priorities.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout all areas of the store by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning mirrors, and collecting trash, hangers, and sensor tags.
• Clean restrooms and breakroom thoroughly, sanitizing all surfaces and restocking essential items.
• Replenish supplies at registers and organize cleaning/maintenance supplies.
• Identify hazards and support store safety by addressing spills and other risks.
