Job summary

Boscov's is seeking a Retail Loss Prevention Detective to help protect assets and customers across its stores and online channels. You will guard, patrol, and monitor premises, work with store teams, and contribute to a safe shopping environment by applying loss prevention policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include surveillance, assisting police with shoplifting apprehensions, performing safety audits, and supporting alarm responses.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail loss prevention preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Availability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, early openings, and late closings.

Job Responsibilities

As a Loss Prevention Detective, you will perform loss prevention as part of the retail operations team. You will be responsible for guarding, patrolling, and monitoring premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.

Job Requirements
