Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a GIS Manager to lead location intelligence for a global retail network. You will develop scalable self-service GIS platforms and partner with stakeholders to unlock spatial insights that drive store strategy.

You will work with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, CARTO, QGIS, Power BI, and Tableau to visualize roadmaps and maintain centralized spatial data, while pushing automation across projects and adopting a hybrid work approach.

Qualifications

Strong expertise with enterprise GIS platforms.
Experience delivering scalable self-service GIS products.
Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills for complex problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL & Python.
Excellent communication and ability to present to executives.
Ability to manage project objectives independently.

Responsibilities

Create and own self-serve GIS tools used to visualize network roadmaps across branded channels.
Engage with stakeholders to understand capabilities and requirements.
Maintain and build centralized spatial databases (retail, competitor landscape, demographics).
Embed insider data into projects and deliverables; drive automation of GIS workflows.
Provide spatial analysis to inform store-level and strategic decisions.
