Job summary

Runnings is seeking a Manager In Training (MIT) to participate in a structured development program designed to prepare individuals for management roles within our retail network, including Assistant Manager and Store Manager.

The MIT will gain hands-on experience in store operations, customer service, team leadership, and the ability to learn and apply basic financial and operational metrics while reporting to store and district leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail or hospitality or related field.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on leadership training across multiple functional areas of the business.
• Support and learn from store leadership in coaching, developing, and motivating team members.
