Job summary

Lovisa America is seeking an enthusiastic Key Holder to support our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in Midland, TX. You’ll help achieve store targets, keep the store looking presentable, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Ideal candidates will be 18+, enjoy a bright, energetic workplace, and thrive on building relationships with customers. Prior retail/hospitality experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow within a global fashion

The Key Holder Role

The Key Holder is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager aim to achieve store targets and keep the store looking presentable for our customers. If you enjoy a bright, energetic environment and you’re a great communicator who likes building relationships and has an eye for fashion, Lovisa is for you!
