Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well‑presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving store success and acting as an ambassador in local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health & safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role; supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

Salary

Minimum: $16.00 – Maximum: $21.00
