Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist with video gaming needs.
• Support the shopping environment and nurture guest relationships.
• Process purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Address guest comments or questions promptly.
• Promote GameStop’s guest benefits and keep store areas organized.
• Conduct store inventory counts and merchandise restocking.
• Supervise and delegate tasks in the absence of management.

Exceptional guest service skills

Clear verbal and written communication in English

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and alphabetizing skills

Problem-solving and judgment abilities

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Education
