Job summary

GameStop in Midland, Texas, is seeking a Retail Keyholder who will assist in executing store activities while providing exceptional guest service. Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and support the overall shopping environment.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Promote GameStop’s unique guest benefits.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Support store management in meeting sales and profit goals.
