Samsonite is seeking a full-time retail associate to support store operations and deliver a superior customer experience. You will drive sales by assisting customers, maintaining brand standards, and protecting assets while working in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and use ladders, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior retail, customer service, and inventory control experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing strong customer service.
• Consistently maintain brand-aligned store standards and a positive customer experience.
• Assist with achievement of store sales goals and profit plans.
• Assist with overall store operations and asset protection.
• Collaborate as a team to help grow the store and brand, providing constructive feedback.
• Support training and usage of POS system to ring up sales.
