You will work with the Store Manager to ensure brand standards, assist with daily operations, and help grow the client base through personalized service, product knowledge, and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Must be a quick learner.
• Driven, goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift 15–20 pounds.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking.
• Polished, professional demeanor and strong communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily sales targets with excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and relay features.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base with personalized service.
