Job summary

KARM Stores in Athens, TN is seeking a Key Holder- Retail to assist the Retail Management team with cash handling, customer service, and daily store operations. The role runs 9a–9p, with some Saturdays required, and includes a Sunday off guarantee, benefits, PTO, employee discount, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Management with register transactions (cash, credit card, non-cash) to ensure accuracy and security.
• Help establish and maintain customer service standards aligned with the company mission.
• Support daily operations by stocking shelves, organizing clothing racks, and maintaining store presentation.
• Assist in delegating tasks and supporting team productivity with the Retail Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Model and reinforce KARM Stores mission and values: trustworthy, team-minded, teachable.
