Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder to join our store team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will deliver exceptional customer service, support sales, and assist with daily store operations and inventory tasks.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, is a strong communicator, and can work weekends. This position offers a friendly work environment, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth within the SalonCentric/L’Oréal USA family.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system (SAP experience preferred).
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required. No immigration sponsorship offered.
