Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks a part-time Key Holder in Plainfield, IN to provide exceptional service to salon professionals, assist with inventory, and maintain store standards. You’ll handle sales, educate customers on promotions, support team goals, and work weekends.

Basic math and POS/SAP experience are a plus; benefits include employee discounts and growth opportunities. This role offers flexible hours with major holidays off, continuous product education, and a chance

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required.
