Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. You will support store operations, assist customers with promotions, process transactions, and participate in inventories.

This role emphasizes friendly, proactive service, teamwork, and ongoing education on hair and beauty products. Weekend availability and physical stamina are required for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to use computerized POS system; SAP experience preferred.
• 18+ with HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Weekend availability required.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift

Salary Range:

• From: $15.60
• To: $17.60
