Job summary

SalonCentric, a L’Oréal USA subsidiary, is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder in Massachusetts. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to salon professionals, promoting premier beauty brands, and maintaining store appearance.

Responsibilities include inventory, sales processing, and educating customers on promotions. Weekend availability is required; the position offers employee discounts and ongoing product education within a supportive team environment.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $15.80 To: $17.80
