Job summary

SalonCentric, a unit of L'Oreal USA, seeks a Part Time SalonCentric Key Holder in New Jersey to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations. You will be the face of the brand, helping professionals and customers with product knowledge, promotions, and transactions.

The position requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Compensation includes a competitive hourly range and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred and strong customer service.
• Good communication and math reading skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends as required.
• Ability to operate a POS system; SAP experience preferred.

Team Member Competencies/Responsibilities:

• Wow the Customer - Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals
• Deliver Results - Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, upcoming sales events and advertised products; process and replenish merchandise; prepare and participate in physical inventories and periodic cycle counts; maintain store appearance; process sales and return transactions.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $15.60

To: $17.60
