Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Part Time Key Holder/Retail Sales Associate in Towson, MD to deliver exceptional service to salon professionals and customers. The role offers friendly hours, education on hair and beauty products, and growth opportunities within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store appearance while building product knowledge of professional beauty brands.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent basis.

Salary Range

From: $15.80 To: $17.80
