SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Georgia to deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals and customers while promoting premium beauty brands.

You will learn about new products, participate in promotions, and contribute to a welcoming store environment. The role includes weekend shifts, an employee discount, and ongoing product education with growth opportunities within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to use a computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Salon professionals and customers.
• Sell professional beauty brands, inform customers about promotions and events, and replenish merchandise.
• Maintain store appearance and participate in inventories and cycle counts.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skillsAbility to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Salary Range:

From: $15.60

To: $17.60
