Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Santa Ana, CA to support store leadership and provide outstanding service to salon professionals. This role includes assisting customers with product knowledge, handling transactions, and supporting opening/closing duties in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will learn product lines, promotions, and industry trends while helping maintain store presentation and accurate stock levels.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range

From: $17.30

To: $19.30
