Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

You will drive sales, stock and inventories, and participate in promotions while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. This role emphasizes education on hair and beauty trends and ongoing development within SalonCentric and the L'Oreal USA family.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
