Job summary

SalonCentric in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Part Time Key Holder / Retail Sales Associate who loves hair and beauty and thrives on delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports store operations, helps customers find products, and participates in inventory and promotions.

The position offers a friendly team, employee discounts, education on products, weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA. Must be able to lift 20 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer – Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals.
• Deliver Results – Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, upcoming sales events and advertised products; process and replenish merchandise; prepare and participate in physical inventories and periodic cycle counts; maintain store appearance; process sales and return transactions.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range

From: $15.60

To: $17.60
