Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a part-time SalonCentric Key Holder to deliver exceptional service and expert beauty knowledge at the point of sale. This role supports store operations, drives transactions, and promotes premier hair and beauty brands to salon professionals.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, availability on weekends, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Growth opportunities exist within the SalonCentric and L'Oreal USA family.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store during shift.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Salary Range: From $15.60 To $17.60
