Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a part-time Key Holder to help deliver exceptional customer service in a vibrant beauty retail setting. You will assist store leadership, support opening/closing tasks, and help maintain a welcoming sales floor for salon professionals.

As part of the L'Oreal USA family, you’ll educate customers on professional brands, enjoy employee discounts, and access ongoing training and growth opportunities within SalonCentric and the broader company.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required; no immigration sponsorship offered.
