Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Champaign, IL to deliver exceptional customer service and lead store activities. You will learn about professional hair and beauty products, assist customers, process transactions, and participate in inventories.

Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, educating customers on promotions, and collaborating with the team to meet goals while enjoying growth opportunities and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale (POS) system; SAP experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• 18 years of age and HS diploma or GED preferred.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
• Salary Range

• From: $15.80
• To: $17.80
