Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support sales execution and daily store operations with a customer-first mindset. You will lead tasks, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and strong service.

You will help set daily goals, manage opening/closing routines, and maintain a safe, organized environment while handling physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.

• Set daily goals and direct the team at start of shifts.
• Open/close routines, deposits, shipments, and disseminate directives.
• Uncover customer needs and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a well-presented store.
• Perform duties that require lifting and physical activity.

Summary

As a Key Holder, you will support delivering sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: they're retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on the connections we make with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty, when scheduled, to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.
• Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store.
• Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
• Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.

Education

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or Relevant Work Experience.
