Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe in Virginia Beach is seeking a Retail Key Holder – Full-Time to support store leadership, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience for Health Enthusiasts and customers. You will assist the Store Manager, engage customers with product knowledge, and maintain operations and standards while fostering a friendly, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager & Assistant Manager.
• Process customer transactions and merchandise shelves, price products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with health enthusiast team for a positive store environment.
• Maintain store upkeep, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely product receipts and pricing.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct support for your Management Team—executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals—while supporting others as they do the same.
• Work with integrity; act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager & Assistant Manager.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves and price products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with an amazing team of Health Enthusiasts (yeah, that’s what we call folks who work with us).
• Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of product receipts, keep shelves full and products priced accordingly.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
