The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a Retail Key Holder - Full-Time to lead in-store interactions, drive sales, and support daily store operations. You will engage customers with enthusiasm, learn extensive product knowledge, and act as a leader when the Store Manager is unavailable.

This role emphasizes teamwork with Health Enthusiasts, maintaining store standards, and practicing loss prevention while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and varied locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to the Management Team and execution with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Efficiently process customer transactions and merchandise shelves with accurate pricing.
• Build product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts and maintain a high level of customer care.
• Maintain store upkeep, follow loss-prevention standards, and ensure timely receipts are processed.
• Willing to perform additional duties as required.

Responsibilities

At The Vitamin Shoppe you will….

• Act as a direct support for your Management Team- executing with excellence.


• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals- while supporting others as they do the same.


• Work with integrity; act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager & Assistant Manager.


• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves and price products accordingly.


• Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.


• Collaborate with an amazing team of Health Enthusiasts (yeah, that’s what we call folks who work with us).


• Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of product receipts, keep shelves full and products priced accordingly.


• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
