The Vitamin Shoppe in Elk Grove, CA is hiring a Retail Key Holder - Full-Time to lead store operations and deliver an exceptional in-store experience for Health Enthusiasts. You will manage transactions, train staff, and support the store team in achieving sales goals.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused with a passion for health and wellness and flexible availability to cover busy periods and weekends.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (holidays, weekends) as a part-time associate.

Responsibilities

• Support Management Team daily with excellence.
• Meet and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Process customer transactions, merchandise shelves and price products.
• Master product knowledge through ongoing training activities.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team.
• Maintain store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure receipts are processed and shelves stocked.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct support for your Management Team- executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals- while supporting others as they do the same.
• Work with integrity; act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager & Assistant Manager.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves and price products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with an amazing team of Health Enthusiasts (yeah, that’s what we call folks who work with us).
• Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of product receipts, keep shelves full and products priced accordingly.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.

Compensation

The wage for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience and other organizational needs. The estimated range is $17.00 - $18.50 per hour.
