SalonCentric is seeking a Full Time SalonCentric Key Holder to drive exceptional customer service and product knowledge in a busy retail setting. The role emphasizes selling top beauty brands, educating customers on promotions, and maintaining store presentation.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, retail experience, and availability to work weekends. This is a full-time position within the L'Oreal USA family, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to travel on short notice with the District and Region as needed.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized POS system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18 years of age and HS Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no immigration sponsorship offered.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $15.60

To: $17.60
