Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Estero, FL is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales through store operations and leadership duties. You’ll work with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day tasks, guide associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires active selling, product knowledge, and the ability to manage opening/closing routines, handle deposits, and execute store directives while keeping safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or Relevant Work Experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty, when scheduled, to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.
• Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store.
• Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
• Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
