Responsibilities

• Atender a clientes y ofrecer asesoramiento experto sobre productos Skechers, asegurando una experiencia de compra positiva.
• Supervisar operaciones diarias de la tienda, apertura y cierre, y mantener estándares de seguridad y operación.
• Liderar y apoyar al equipo para desarrollar habilidades en ventas y operaciones diarias.
• Contribuir a las metas de ventas individuales y de la tienda mediante técnicas de venta efectivas.
• Ejecutar planes de merchandising, reabastecer productos y mantener la tienda limpia y organizada.
