Job summary

SalonCentric in Saddle Brook, NJ is seeking a Key Holder to join our store team. You will greet customers, deliver outstanding service, and actively promote beauty products while supporting open/close procedures and stock management.

Responsibilities include selling premium brands, educating customers on promotions, and maintaining store appearance. Weekend availability and US work authorization required; growth opportunities within L'Oreal USA family.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding customer service and communication.
• Retail experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel on short notice with the District and Region as needed.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Retail or related experience strongly preferred

• Ability to travel on short notice with the District and Region as needed

• Basic reading and math skills

• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred

• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require

• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift

• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $16.80
To: $18.80
