Job summary

Crossroads Trading Co. Inc. in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a motivated Keyholder to support store management, help deliver our fashion-forward, second-hand shopping experience, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You will lead by example, greet customers, train teammates, delegate tasks, educate customers on how our resale process works, and uphold integrity and exceptional service while adapting to a fast-paced retail day.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience of 6+ months.
• Strong fashion sense and up-to-date trends.
• Able to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

WAGE RANGE: $18.40-$22.00 PER HOUR

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior supervisory experience in retail (6 months+)
• Have a good eye for fashion and current trends.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
