Responsibilities

• Kundendienstmanagement: Beratung der Kunden zu Skechers Produkten, damit jeder Käufer die passende Passform und ein tolles Erlebnis hat.
• Retail Leadership: Tägliche Abläufe supervision, einschließlich Eröffnung/Schließung des Geschäfts, Sicherheitsprotokolle und hohe Betriebstandards.
• Teamführung: Mentorenschaft und Unterstützung des Teams beim Erlernen von Kundendienst, Verkauf und täglichen Abläufen.
