Job summary

TJ Maxx in Saint Davids, PA is hiring part-time store associates to deliver excellent customer service and uphold store standards. You will engage customers, ring purchases, promote loyalty programs, and assist across store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
