Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor – Mornings in the United States. Starting wage is $15.25–$18.00 per hour with flexible scheduling, paid training, and immediate hiring.

You will coach Inventory Associates, ensure a consistent workflow, and travel to store locations to drive accuracy and results. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in inventory or related roles, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience as Inventory Associate or similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

What We're Looking For

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
