Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a stock associate to stock shelves with groceries and move products from pallets to shelves. You will help maintain back-stock areas, keep the store clean, and interact with customers in a friendly, supportive way.

The role includes overnight shifts, physical tasks and teamwork, with opportunities for growth in a family-owned retailer that values development and the wellbeing of its team.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Able to work overnight shifts.
• Team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers.
