Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and handle stock room tasks.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work additional hours during peak workloads.

Responsibilities

• Promote a radically helpful environment from product receiving to shelf placement.
• Complete daily operational tasks including cycle counts and replenishment.
• Manage omni-channel systems including buy online and pick up in store.
• Maintain store supply inventory and handle receiving/shipping.
• Prepare products for launches and execute visual merchandising.
• Provide regular inventory performance updates to leadership.
