White House | Black Market, Inc. is seeking a part-time Support Associate in San Antonio, TX. The role blends back-of-house inventory duties with front-of-house service to keep the customer experience smooth and on-brand.

You will manage shipments, organize the stockroom, restock on the sales floor, and support store leaders with visual and signage updates while delivering hospitality and teamwork across the store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Proactive with attention to detail and inventory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom neat and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Support visual directives like updating floor sets, windows, and signage.
• Deliver a customer-focused hospitality experience.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
