Job summary

Boot Barn seeks a Retail Inventory Control Specialist to manage inbound/outbound inventory, ensure floor stock accuracy, and support replenishment processes. You will help keep the stock room organized, train staff on procedures, and ensure adherence to loss prevention standards while maintaining high service levels for customers.

You will work within the store team to achieve UPH targets and uphold company policies, brands, and visual standards, contributing to a positive shopping experience

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to standards.
• Prepare merchandise for selling floor and follow ticketing/signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to selling floor.
• Input freight information accurately into systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policies.
• Educate and coach sales team on inventory control processes.
• Maintain productivity and meet UPH targets.
• Keep stock room neat, compliant with guidelines.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
